PREMIUM PASTA KITS
I am excited to launch my premium pasta kits, available to purchase online for pick-up! Why premium? I am using best-quality San Marzano tomatoes from a small farm in the south of Italy from the Luigi Vitelli family which has been in operation since 1885. I am using pasta from Granoro which is located in Puglia, home of Italy's highest quality durum wheat. Family owned and run, Granoro is fastidious in selecting the best semolina, using only the core of the wheat kernel to produce pasta with high gluten content, yielding a bright yellow color, and a distinctive taste and elasticity. All are bronze extruded and very slowly dried.
Place orders by Wednesday @ 5pm and pick up Friday or Saturday afternoon. If you need delivery contact me.
Each kit includes a quart container of sugo and 1 pound of rigatoni dedicato which yields 6 very generous servings. Simply reheat the sauce on the stovetop, drop your pasta into salted boiling water and dinner is served.

Luigi Vitelli San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, Sicilian chili flakes & a touch of cream. This vegetarian sugo pairs deliciously with any pasta and is the perfect cure for a cold and foggy San Francisco night. Pictured above with our hand-made potato gnocchi.
RAGU NAPOLETANO
Luigi Vitelli San Marzano tomatoes, carrots, onion, olive oil, ground Five Dot Ranch beef and ground Heritage pork are all slow-cooked together for 5 hours, yielding the most luxurious of sauces. Pictured with a dry Malfadine noodle.
