I LOVED this class and experience! Chef James is an awesome instructor. His ability to communicate some pretty sophisticated techniques via the internet was pretty spectacular, and my gnocchi were absolutely delicious. Hi James, Just completed your class on paella. Outstanding. Hope you are ok with some feedback. First...super welcoming. I've been to several others and felt intimidated right away. Secondly, fantastic way of accepting others different ingredients. I really appreciated the way you accepted salmon as a substitute AND respectfully discouraged cod. Very professional. Finally, James you have a wonderful personality that projects acceptance and individuality while maintaining boundaries and culinary rules. Lol. With much gratitude and praise.
