Join Chef James for a very special Italian class on how to prepare hand-made potato gnocchi. Students will also learn how to prepare James' San Marzano "comfort sauce" to accompany their beautiful gnocchi. This is a hands-on, intensive class.
A menu and prep list will be sent to you after booking, as well as a Zoom link to join the class.
