Join Chef James for a very special class on how to prepare a perfect steak at home in a cast iron, stainless steel or non-stick pan. I will walk you through every step in the process of preparing the steak and all of the techniques for achieving a beautiful crust and a perfect temperature. We will also make two fun side dishes: twice-baked potato and asparagus a la plancha. This is a hands-on, intensive class.
